Initially a senior Business Analyst/Project Manager within Equities IT, I have managed high profile projects such as integration of Private Bank and Investment Bank systems, setting up disaster recovery, managing Equities trading system development for Japan, and re-engineering the legal trade ticketing system to become an electronic ticketing system. Since 2009, I've taken on additional responsibility working on IT Risk and production stability projects, driving standards to improve production reliability, with particular focus on problem management, change management, and regulatory inspections.
